Yummy!
This is by far my favorite recipe! When we lived in New Mexico, a friend of ours made an enchilada casserol which was out of this world!! I then went in pursuit of our own recipe so I could make this when we were back in Louisiana! It is a little tedious to make- I uses lots of pots and pans- but it is well worth it! I use low fat/no fat ingredients. Thanks to AOL food for this one!

This recipe is from a physican that I work with, who brought this to work for the nurses. This was the best monkey bread ever and come to find out, was not loaded with sugar or fat! So Thanks to Dr. McGrath, you can enjoy this too! Very easy to make! Does require some over night prep work!!

Hubby had this soup in New Orleans when we were visiting friends. He loved it, and asked for the recipe. He has made it several times since then, usually when he is "on his own" for dinner (its very easy to prepare). Being a vegetarian, I've never tried it...so I don't have an opinion.

"Hearty, creamy, and all around awesome! You can garnish with cheese, if you like, and serve with crusty French bread and a cold beer!"

For as long as I can remember I've been eating this dessert. My mom used to make two fruit pizzas for all family functions, one for the family and one for my dad. Now that I am engaged, I make this for any party I go to and an extra for my fiance.
